Confirmation email said an hour. Chaz called and informed me it'd be closer to two, nice on the phone. Food shows up two hours... later. They had forgot my 2-liter drink, driver blames the manager. I ordered a pizza @ 10:09. By 10:49 the pizza tracker said the pizza hadn?t even been prepped. Not to mention the policy on the... Dominos website clearly states 30 min deliver or it?s free and the employee said the manager doesn?t honor that. I don?t know ifthey formulate their own rules but this is absolutely unacceptable and I recommend another Dominos for future customers. Read more
This store is ridiculous, on 09/05/22 I ordered at 2040 and did not receive the order until 2230 and on 09/07/22 ordered at 2115... and it is now 2340 and still did not receive the order. And when calling the store they claim the order is on the way. They saidthat every time I called and I called at 2140,2210,2240,2310,2330. And they keep saying the same thing. If a refund is notreceived legal action will be taken against the store and the company. And now upon calling the store again at 2345 they are nowsaying that the driver delivered my food already, but no food was delivered, not once have they called me on the deliveryinstructions it clearly states call when here due to being the security at the complex. Update on 09/09/22 a refund was given tome. This will be the last Tim I order anything from dominoes. Read more
Worst service - placed the order for delivery at 9pm and 2.5 hours later no sign of pizza. Was told on a courtesy call that... pizza will arrive slightly late hence I decided to wait it out but 2.5 hours was the worst service time possible. I had tofinally cancel it and ask for refund. The least they could do is just let me know that there?s no one to deliver and I wouldhave just canceled it. I could have managed something else meanwhile. Was I supposed to have dinner after freaking 3 hours ofwait at midnight??? Pathetic. Read more
DO NOT tip your delivery driver more than 10%! I usually tipped 25-30% and the last driver, Vitalii was the last driver to get a... tip. I requested my order be handed to me, it was not. The driver placed my food on the ground. Unacceptable. My food wasmediocre at best. Likely because it sat in Vitalii?s vehicle for almost 50-minutes while he delivered other orders, which wouldnot be a problem except he passed the store twice in those 50 minutes. This is not an isolated incident with Dominos. It isapparent that if you make the decision to order from there, tip the minimum, because that is all you will get from the driver. Read more

This location has been unreliable - there has been something that goes wrong 3 out of the 5 times I ordered. Twice, the... delivery has taken much longer than estimated in the app. Both times the app showed 45 min - 1 hour and both times it took over2 hours. Most recently, I ordered carry out to avoid the delivery delay. However, after arriving, I was told my order would beright up. 10 minutes later I was told a delivery driver had mistakenly took my order and had to wait for the entire order to beremade. I don?t know if it?s just been bad luck but I would recommend avoiding this location if possible. Read more
