This bbq joint at Hi Sign Brewing is on point. I was not expecting them to be comparable to some of the big names in town but... they absolutey are a top contender. The brisket and ribs were delicious. The cornbread waffles are also AMAZING. Try them out,you won?t be disappointed! Read more

This place is great and at a brewery. We had brisket, ribs, sausage, brisket waffle tower, a chopped brisket sandwich, a sausage... sandwich topped with onion, cheese, and chili, side of potato salad and Cole slaw. They were all top notch, ever bites was moistand the portions were huge. They make their own sauce and they were delicious. This place was perfect, very friendly, fastservice with a smile. Go check this place out. Read more

Damn good bbq! I just discovered this place a few weeks ago and I've been back a few times because the pulled pork tacos and... sauces are so next level. Got a free beer one time, too, on 4/20. LOVE this place! Read more

I finally came here after months of driving by and remembering that it was on my list of places to try, and I was not... disappointed. The pulled pork is next level. I can say confidently that it is right up in the echelons of the big boys in town, and I can say less confidently (but still pretty certainly) that it could even exceed them. And if you throw it on one of theirsignature jalapeno-cornbread waffles, you're looking at one of the most exciting takes on BBQ in town since Valetina's whippedout their homemade tortillas. I think the brisket still has a little way to come, but with Franklin declining in quality, thatcrown is ripe to be stolen. I'm looking forward to seeing how Courson's progresses toward that end, but above all I'm justexcited for the next time I get to eat a Waffle Tower. Read more
