I had a great time here. Portions were satisfying, flavors were great. American style Thai food but definitely still yummy.... Definitely would get the shrimp over chicken pad Thai. Spent about 24 dollars for 2 appetizers and an entree Read more

I got the pineapple Thai fried rice and it was really good and had a nice kick if you like spice. Fried ragoon was really good... but I did not enjoy the egg rolls. I was expecting a classic egg roll and recieved something more like spring rolls. I orderedmy food and she said 20 minutes. When I arrived the place was not open. I had to wait about another 30 minutes to get my food. Abit disappointing but would I come back again? Yes. Read more

Best value Thai food in Austin, in my opinion. The portions are amazing and the food is flavored extremely well. They have all... the classic Thai dishes: we got the Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao, and Pad See Ew, as well as the Crab Ran Goons. Everything isdelicious, and more so each dish has a distinct taste from one another, so it doesn?t all taste the same. It?s a very busy foodtruck, but they still manage to get their food out fast! Great service and I highly recommend for authentic, reasonably pricedThai cuisine. Read more

Great service, I ordered the Thai fried rice with shrimp and chicken, highest heat level offered, it was greeeat! I wish it... would?ve been just a little bit spicier but the flavor and serving portions for the price was very well worth it. Also they hadtopo Chico! Which is sometimes hard to find at a food truck or even a restaurant. Service was quick, cashier was courteous, thiswas my first visit, definitely won?t be my last. See you guys again when I?m back in town Read more

Possibly the best Thai yellow curry I?ve ever had. The chicken Pad Thai was also excellent. The iced coffee was delicious and... had just the right balance of milk to coffee and ice. My only warning is that the temperature at which the food is served isHOT. I burned my fingers trying to open the lid of the curry container and the liquid inside was scalding. Highly recommendedfor authentic Thai food at good prices. Read more

Came to Coat & Thai after looking for a good food truck park while visiting Austin. The food smelled amazing while walking by... and browsing all the trucks. Ordered the Pad Thai since it's common dish as Thai restaurants, so gives you a good comparisonmeasure. Also ordered the Spring Roll Shrimp and a few of the fruit drinks in a can. Prices were very fair and cheaper thanmost restaurants. Staff was very nice and friendly when placing the order. After about 10 minutes, they called my name to pickup the order. Food was packed nicely with the Pad Thai in a foil bowl with the peanuts packed separately. Spring Rolls werealso packed neatly in their own container. Pad Thai and the Spring Rolls were both freshly made and presented nicely. Pad Thaiwas good, but I should've inquired if you had a choice of spice as it wasn't spicy at all. Noodles were cooked just right witha nice mix of green onions, sprouts, chicken, and peanuts. Spring Rolls tasted very fresh with large shrimp and freshvegetables. They provided sriracha sauce and peanut sauce for the Shrimp Rolls. Read more
