Came for the summer rose tasting and had a bit of a misunderstanding with what we were being served. Instead of telling us we... were out of luck, the manager/owner Joe took great care of us and made sure we were taken care of with what we came for! I had a wonderful birthday dinner at Ciclo. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful with deciding drinks and food.... Our order came out fast and everyone at our table of 8 was very happy with their food. Our favorite dessert was the chocolateice cream balls - looking forward to going back soon! Read more

Ciclo is the Four Seasons restaurant and the parking is a bit confusing. They do validate at the restaurant but we had already... paid. Valet for a simpler process. Food was delicious but I was not terribly impressed for the price. Sides were the biggestdisappointment but the steak was perfectly cooked with a nice crust. The staff was lovely, very accommodating, and gave greatrecommendations. Read more

We visited Ciclo with high expectations a few weeks ago based upon our experience with the restaurants at the Four Seasons... Orlando, and Ciclo did not disappoint! Our friends were visiting from out of town and we both have adult sons on the autismspectrum, plus I have dietary restrictions. Our waiter bent over backward to handle our many requests, and the chef also cameout to speak with me personally about the food ingredients, suggesting options. I can't say enough about the incredible servicewe received! The food was amazing! If money isn't an issue, get the tomahawk finished table side by the chef - greatpresentation and delicious steak! The cast iron chicken was wonderful, as were the ribeye and scallop meals. For dessert, thetres leches was another incredible presentation (you use a mallot to crack open the shell), and the bon bone filled with Amy'smexican vanilla were also delicious! Dinner was both beautiful and delicious- pleasing the palate as much as the eye- had fabulous service in the outdoor (virtually... al fresco) terrace overseeing Lady Bird lake, and the garden filled with luscious live oak trees. A very good wine list, mostlyreasonably priced. Highly recommend the ceviche, the heirloom tomato salad, the watermelon salad and the half chicken.Unfortunately, the menu has become very limited after covid. Looking forward to the day the menu is fully repopulated and tryingmany other dishes. Overall a great experience, the price tag a little on the higher side but worth it. Read more
