They got our order wrong and we were over charged more than the actual total for our order. They did not accurately apply our... discount and they failed to accurately complete the exempt transaction. We did not receive all the items that were statedthatcame in the package and when we called to inform the site no one would answer. This is unacceptable. They di not have very manyaffordable family meal prices not do they have any vegetarian options available. Get better pricing and make affordable familymeal deals for people in a climate when inflation is at an all time high. Then not only that take the time to get the ordercorrect, ensure customers are not being charged incorrectly, and give the people what they ordered and not something elsebecause you are rushing. The chicken was excellent for months here but last month July 2022 it went down hill. I?ve gone 25 times, yes I eat church?s a... lot. In those 25 times last month the chicken was always hard as a rock and when you managed to break through the skin which waspetrified like a rock they meat itself was dehydrated like a beef jerky. I?ve gone back several times to replace the inediblefood and was served food that was worse than what I replaced. What happened to the juicy succulent meat and soft crispy skin ? Read more
Food is great. Although you will be disappointed if you get there when they first open. They do NOT open at 10:30am like their... post and door state. Pretty sure they just open whenever they feel like it. Their hours of operation are a joke Read more
This is one of the worst place to get chicken from. They never have any spicy chicken and recently my family and I visit here... and there was blood in my wife and I chicken. I am very outraged about this and the fact that the managers Joseph & T.J told methat this happen very often explains unprofessionalism at this fast food restaurant. I made many attempts to contact the managerthe same night and was unsuccessful...just to call back the following day for the manager to state and I quote "I can onlyreplace your meal, the phone line wasn't busy, and people do things like that all the time". EVEN AFTER HAVING PHOTOS OF THEUNDERCOOKED CHICKEN. This particular Church's does not care about their customer satisfaction only about making a check. Read more
