The best location in my opinion. I have been frequenting this location for many years. I am always treated with kindness. If... you are impatient, in a rush or in a bad mood please avoid coming to this location. They are short staffed as many places inthis time. However, if you are kind and patient, I guarantee you will get your order as you ask! The staff is super nice andalthough you can see the stress in their faces, they are sure to chat with you and give you a smile. I also called ahead tomake sure they had all the menu available, which they did. I have gone to numerous other locations in the Austin area and theyare always in a bad mood or missing stuff on the menu, including all condiments. The food was good and hot, however the drive through line is super long, due to the lobby is closed to the public. It's a two... person operations, which it should be at least three people working. One cook One person making the order One cashier. And thiswas all before COVID-19. Read more
The food is good here BUT after we got to the window and saw the lady that was packing up our food, eating, like actively eating... and wiping her hands on her clothes instead of washing her hands before touching our food, I had to walk away. This is 100% ahealth code violation. I get it! If you?re hungry you gotta eat, but you need to either take a break or eat where the drive thrucan?t see you. I came to buy chicken and I was met with a rude hispanic girl working at the drive thru on Black Friday just before 5 pm. She... was mad and was mocking me to her co-workers when I asked for a second while I browsed the menu. She called me stupid aftermocking me. For what reason? I don't think there was a good one. I went inside to inquire about her name and the manager?s, buta black man working at the counter stopped me mid sentence by aggressively yelling at me. I thought someone working withcustomers was supposed to have better customer service than that, especially to a customer who did nothing wrong.
