Today is Saturday, November 6 around 12 afternoon. This store has really nice customer service it was very clean fast serviced.... Three older beautiful black men was running the whole store, reminds you of your grandfather blessing the meals. Read more
Church's is my go-to for fried chicken, starting with the product. They use larger chicken and cut it differently from others.... The breading and cooking result in the juiciest and tastiest fried chicken. All delivered with great service by seasonedemployees. Read more
The best location in my opinion. I have been frequenting this location for many years. I am always treated with kindness. If... you are impatient, in a rush or in a bad mood please avoid coming to this location. They are short staffed as many places inthis time. However, if you are kind and patient, I guarantee you will get your order as you ask! The staff is super nice andalthough you can see the stress in their faces, they are sure to chat with you and give you a smile. I also called ahead tomake sure they had all the menu available, which they did. I have gone to numerous other locations in the Austin area and theyare always in a bad mood or missing stuff on the menu, including all condiments. I came to buy chicken and I was met with a rude hispanic girl working at the drive thru on Black Friday just before 5 pm. She... was mad and was mocking me to her co-workers when I asked for a second while I browsed the menu. She called me stupid aftermocking me. For what reason? I don't think there was a good one. I went inside to inquire about her name and the manager?s, buta black man working at the counter stopped me mid sentence by aggressively yelling at me. I thought someone working withcustomers was supposed to have better customer service than that, especially to a customer who did nothing wrong.
