Drive through empty and dining room closed. May be future business failure. I'll hope the new tenant has open lobby, considering... I don't drive. Now last night (9-19-2022) there was staff giving food out of the back door. That must really be nice. Read more
If I could have given them a zero I would have. Placed a mobile order paid for the order. Went to location was advised they... didn't have any tenders. Stated is okay i can take the chicken instead. Then advised that they were closing at 8pm and they havealrdy cleaned the fryers and won't be dropping anymore food. How do you take person money and feel as if you can't and won'taccommodate the customer that has paid. Offer no solution no manger on duty. Then advised that they couldn't refund me my moneyi would need to contact corporate. Please believe I will never come to this establishment ever again. They forgot my peppers I paid for, my honey I asked for, and were out of a lot of sides. Today 07-14-22 the drive thru system... was deliberately turned off! Lady said because they only had 2 people. Forgot pepper again and was given drink no straw. Peachcobbler was a biscuit with peaches on top! Turned into restaurant at day time and I left at night! On top of that chicken wasdisgusting! This is the worst experience I have ever had at any chicken place in my life. They sold me some deal that was not on the menu: 8... pieces of chicken that were old and fried at least twice, the large Cole slaw was rancid, meh mashed potatoes and gravy, ANDthey did not include biscuits...which was the main reason I went in the first place, and get this, I paid $32 for it. I know I'ma chump for believing these people would have the integrity not to scam me...but I was wrong. I will never be back. Go to theone on Cameron. Read more
6/22/22 6:50ish PM. Female taking orders in the drive through ignored us for close to 5 minutes laughing with people inside with... an empty drive through. Asked us the order finally, muted herself again. Didn?t listen to the order, didn?t reply, comes back onstill laughing asks for the order again doesn?t listen again, and repeats the same thing about 3 more times of asking what wewant not saying anything and staying muted for another minute in between each time and coming back asking for the order againbecause listening the first 5 times was way to hard. Drove off after trying to get a basic order in for close to 10 minutes??????? Figured since they can?t even take an order there is no way they can cook it and get the right items in a box. ???? The workers were friendly and helpful. There was no issues. No offense but They're more better than the one on the East side.
