Purchase a salad for 12.00 not much a choice lettuce brown pizza was burnt advise the lady at the counter she said really and... walked away. Spent 100.00 for a med pizza salad three drinks and a 30 min game card . The place needs some cleaning! And a newdish washer. We went around noon so it's not like they were busy.. Absolutely awful would not recommend, got charged for stuffed crust when we didn't want it (very sick after eating the pizza).... Rude staff that were just nonstop talking to eachother when trying to get prizes. Anywhere else is better to eat and play. A flywas in the salad bar and I'm absolutely disgusted. Especially after hearing one of them say they don't have a food handlinglicense ???????? will not be returning!!!!! Read more
Staff is stuck up and hates to work here. Counted our points and told us 5000 pts then recounted to 3200. Recounted again and it... was another number. Cannot do basic math even with a calculator. Rolling eyes when we nicely asked to calculate. If you placean online order, staff argues over making the pizzas because nobody wants to make it. An employee was yelling ?i?m gettingfired? out loud. Unprofessional and don?t care about their jobs. Need happier attitudes if you?re going to be around kids andwork around kids. There?s a ?now hiring? sign outside. Nobody will bother applying if this is the team. Also on our way out, 2girls were glaring at us clearly talking about us. Makes sense if we were being rude back but we were polite the entire time. I don't remember as kid Chuck E. playing with the kids. This place is amazing, Chuck E. actually came out and played a game of... air hockey!!! Wow the service was awesome and the staff were top notch! Made the kids first trip the best ever!!!!! Great jobguys and keep up the good work! Read more
Enjoyed celebrating my husband's birthday here today per our little daughter's request. I was surprised and concerned there was... no one checking in families at the entrance to give the oh so familiar hand stamp. It appears this location is veryunderstaffed. After paying for play and over priced food, you'd think you can get a little salad for no extra charge, but no;The salad bar is extra. The 5 meat pizza was actually delicious, Chuck E. Cheese pizza has definitely improved their pizza overthe years. (One star taken for safety concerns) (One star added for a delicious dining experience) The building appeared to bedecently clean, my family didn't use the bathroom, so no comment there. Seeing one of the employees sweep the table seats with abroom was a little weird, but maybe that was just me. (One star added for overall appearance of decently clean) (One star takenbecause of questionable cleaning practices) Majority of the games and arcade attractions are not properly working at thislocation, which was very disappointing when so many are also just plain whack and a waste of time playing anyway. If you have a younger kid, Chuck E Cheese is perfect. Most of the games are designed for little ones. My 4 year old was able to... swipe her own game card most of the time. The food was pretty good too. Read more
If the kids are bored take them here just expect to layover $150if you want the whole experience and dad's don't worry they sell... beer.. instead of drinking with ur buddies now you care and spend time with them and you can have a beer.. no excuses now.. Read more
