How is it that I find human hair in my food TWICE within 6 months? 6 months ago I found a 4 inch black hair in my food. Foul. I... contact via app. They apologize and say that they will touch base with the team and make sure hair nets are being worn. Fine.Understandable... we are human. My husband picks up food and as I am half way through a long brow hair is embedded in my food.Contacted the app again and they want to give us free meals...will this come with hair or no? I would give them 0 stars if I could for the sad quesadilla I ordered. Online Chipotle shows a photo of a quesadilla served with... pico de gallo, sour cream and salsa. The rude manager said it?s only going to be the quesadilla. If you want sour cream salsaand pico we have to charge you. I said, excuse me?
