Went a couple times where the service and food was great but went this past time and even though there wasn't a lot of people... the service was horrible and my steak had a lot of tough tendons throughout it so it wasn't really edible on most of it.03/27/22 I'm adding to my original review... I wouldn't even give this Chili's any stars. Worst waitstaff, managers, workers ever. Food took over an hour, wait staff doesnt... check on their tables, and managers do not even care. Brook Williams said its due to short staff issues. An hour of waiting on acheeseburger and never even got it. Really? Brook did not care one bit about the issue, only cared about getting off the phoneand not hearing about problems. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Read more
I have given this place so many chances. They simply do not have the takeout logistics set up well. I have pulled up to pick up... food on two occasions and the staff either never came out ( I literally ended up getting out of my car and retrieving my foodfrom the Togo rack!) or the food is not ready OR the food is not cooked well. Sorry my friends but I?d strongly recommendvisiting one of the other restaurants nearby. This location simply can?t get things running smoothly. Bar sat un-bussed for 30 mins nobody could sit there. Took 20 mins to get a waiter to take my order. Maybe 20 customers in... the place. Staff just standing around doing nothing. Read more
Absolutely amazing costumer service starting from Thomas Kelley the manager, very friendly and welcoming. Richard Moore the bar... tender was amazing, talking to us and making sure nothing was missing. I visit from FL and the amazing vibe was on the table.Thank you both for such an amazing experience. I want to start by saying our server was very very kind and nothing that happened during our visit was a direct result of her... actions. EVERY restaurant is facing staffing issues right now and we are well aware of that and very patient people. We gotseated in the cocktail area so our server was also the bartender. It wasn?t a crazy night but it was steady enough for her to beconsumed with the people sitting at the bar. (Which is totally fine and understandable, the cocktail area is big and needs itsown server). We got one drink and it never got refilled, (even after asking). My boyfriends food came out incorrect but hedidn?t say anything, just picked off the jalapeños. His came out and he finished it. 25 minutes later, my food came out ALSOincorrect. My alteration to the food was due to an allergy, so I couldn?t pick off the mistake. They took it back and said theywould bring it out corrected. Another 20 minutes went by and my food just never came back out so we just gave up, asked thebartender to just take the pasta off the bill so we could pay and leave. Had an early dinner with my girlfriend, the only issue we had was the table the hostess sat us at was dirty, easy fix. Our... server kept our drinks full and checked up on us regularly. Good service and the food was made fairly quick for a Friday night. Will definitely continue bro visit this location. ???? Read more
Received text that old was ready. Sent spot number to link from messages. Waited 10 min. No one came out. Boyfriend Went inside.... Was told order was not ready, they were working it now. Waited 10 min and went inside to ask myself when would be ready. Thelady pointed to the pickup spot and said it was there and it had been ready.
