I?ve been going here for a while, and it is generally slow. Today I paid and they asked me to pull up as they get my order ready... (one #1). I watched as they serve three people behind me. I had to get out of my car and ask them what the deal was and theyjust said they forgot about where the food was supposed to go. NOTICED A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION AND THE MANAGER DIDN?T CARE OR CORRECT EMPLOYEE. After waiting for my food and 3 cars behind me... to get their orders first, I saw the line cook turn around and run her hands through her sweaty child?s hair, then turn aroundand touch my food without washing her hands. When I brought this up she rolled her eyes and the manager made excuses for herbehavior instead of getting on to her for the HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. Ordered 7 pieces of tenders from uber eats, only received 5 piece and 2 of the piece are 1/2 of 1.
Unacceptable! As you can see in the pics all of the food looks amazing. Fries were hot and fresh. Roll was amazing. Gravy was... good and the regular chicken was piping hot BUT the spicy chicken was hours old at least. Look, I could go next door toWhataburger and they will make my chicken strips when ordered. It takes a few minutes. You are a chicken restaurant. If you cannot serve fresh chicken close the doors. Stop making piles of chicken and putting it under lamps. Better yet sell lamp chickenfor a little cheaper for those in a hurry and regular price for those who have 5 minutes to get fresh food. I ordered via UberEats tonight and mainly ordered to impress out of towners with their delicious corn nuggets, unfortunately the... nuggets never made it with our Uber driver due to dinner rush. I called the store after attempting to reach anyone from Uberwithout luck to ask if they can comp it for our next visit and the Owner not only insisted on making it right, he hand deliveredthe corn nuggets himself, they take customer service to a whole new level, I was already a happy customer and now I am alifetime customer! I wish I had gotten the names of the crew that was there just now but the young blonde guy singing at the drive thru window and... the guy who took my order through the drive thru were awesome! I'd never been here before and this was the best customer serviceI've experienced in a minute. I'll definitely be back!!! And the food is bomb! Fish is seasoned perfectly and chicken is verygood.
