This Chik-fil-A location is the worst I've ever been to. The service is terrible and the manager there is not helpful at all. I... ordered food online and got a notification that it was not working. I called the location 3 times and not one person answered.Hours later I get a notification that my food is ready after I had already ordered food from another restaurant. The manager wasnot helpful at all and refused to give me a refund. Even though I had a screenshot of the error message. First off; they literally messed up the order really bad. Both sandwiches were wrong and they forgot an order of nuggets.... Second, their online ordering system is weird... If you order for pickup then they won't start making your order until you getthere and mark a spot. I was in a hurry and tried to order ahead of time so I could swing in and get the food. The result is Ishow up late to give a few hungry people the wrong food and one kid gets no food. I usually don't have this kind of experiencewith chick FIL a so I'm assuming this particular location is poorly managed. Chick-fil-a location at four point location is getting worst by the day. Since 09/2022, I begin to use the app to avoid the... togo order errors. But now with the order thru app, I waited in the parking lot for the ready pickup notification, then cameinside by the counter waiting from 5-10min depend on the time I order but NO greeting from the staffs behind the counter. I amactually kinda sick and tired of this location treatment. I have to break the news to my kids that I don?t want to support andspend money where business that not stand up to their reputation. The team leaders and supervisors behind the counter also seemnot helpful and Stuckup. I am done with this location and hoping customers have issue like me can voice their negative opinionas well.
