They do all this stuff to make it fast, but they do nothing to make the order right. I got a card for free chicken sandwich and... added lettuce, tomatoes, cheese with mayo. They said it doesn't come with the card I said ok I'll pay ex for it she said ok. AllI got was tomatoes on the side. They need to work on making the order correct. Read more

How is is that every time I go to to this exact Chick-Fil-A, they always forget something. Like they really forgot to put my... chicken strips in the bag and just gave me the rest of my order but without the main thing I ordered.
