This is now our go-to-spot for vegan Thai food. They offer several of their dishes prepared with vegan ingredients ... you can... easily see the vegan options on their menu. We tried their vegan versions of gyoza, fried tofu, and basil fried rice. The basilfried rice was the most impressive and is the best vegan version we have enjoyed anywhere. The fried tofu appetizer was alsogreat with a slight crisp to the exterior and served piping hot, fresh out of the fryer. Their sweet and sour dipping sauce withpeanuts was enjoyable. Their Thai lime iced tea was a great way to help cope with the summer heat until the food was delivered.The crew was pleasant and brought the food out as soon as it was prepared ... we will be coming back indeed. Exceptional Thai food and I highly recommend this food truck. I've eaten at no less than 30 different Thai places and this is by... far in top 3. Really well executed, authentic, wholesome Thai food.
