Mediocre coffee and awkward furniture. Would not come here outside of banking needs.

I was downtown and needed a place to work remotely for a bit. I came in and was promptly greeted by the capital one staff and I... told them that I was here to work. I ordered a cold brew coffee from Peet's and went about completing my tasks. I've had anaccount with capital one for a while now but always forget to ask what type of new things they offer. Manny Canales helped mewith my questions I had and we bonded over motorsports. From our conversation I'll probably upgrade my current credit card. Cafe is clean and quiet. Full coffee service and free wifi and a cafe environment to work and relax. Bank of course on site... and lots of staff to help you with anything you need. Please like this review and follow me if you find helpful. Read more
I love Capital One Cafe. It?s a clean and convenient stop when you?re walking down 6th street, that offers delicious treats and... well-made drinks; and not only is the cafe spacious, but the staff here are also phenomenal! They make sure to go an extra milefor their customers, and I can confidently say that I have been treated with nothing but kindness every time I?m there. (Theemployees opening the doors for customers walking in/out is also a nice touch.) Especially memorable to me was Marty, who wasincredibly kind and accommodating to a friend and I while stopping in. The cafe is fine but this review is in regards to the banks ATM lobby. Tonight I went in to deposit funds and found someone... sleeping there. This lobby requires an active debit card to enter and here is someone sleeping in it. Either they are a customeror a customer let them in. This is a real lack of security in my mind and needs to be resolved. Read more
