Mediocre coffee and awkward furniture. Would not come here outside of banking needs.

I was downtown and needed a place to work remotely for a bit. I came in and was promptly greeted by the capital one staff and I... told them that I was here to work. I ordered a cold brew coffee from Peet's and went about completing my tasks. I've had anaccount with capital one for a while now but always forget to ask what type of new things they offer. Manny Canales helped mewith my questions I had and we bonded over motorsports. From our conversation I'll probably upgrade my current credit card. This lobby requires an active debit card to enter and here is someone sleeping in it. Either they are a customeror a customer let them in.
