I have been 3 times now and love the food. They operate similar to Chipotle, in that you can order off the menu and customize as... you walk down the line. I?ve tried the burrito, fish tacos, and the bowl and loved all three! There are some tables outside andwe enjoyed a meal with our dog, and have also enjoyed the tables inside. A new favorite for me. So I try Cabo Bob?s Deluxe Fish Tacos for the first time last Saturday. To say I was disappointed would be a understatement! The... fish was so small it probably should be called sardines! I have actually never been to Cabo Bob's before and decided to try it out for the first time yesterday. I was pleasantly... surprised to say the least. The food was fresh and delicious and didn't break the bank. I got the taco plate with 3tacos....they actually let you get 3 different tortillas and 3 different proteins on the same plate! Then you can add whatevertoppings you want. It was perfect. To top it off, my son lost his water bottle there and one of the employees (Zach) made it apoint to look for it after closing and found it outside in the grass.
