They are cheating their customer and lying to corporate. No matter how many cars they have in the drive through they will only... take 1 order at a time because they are too slow to meet corporate standards. I hope someone higher up reads this and addressesthe issue, because this is ridiculous. Drive thru was painful and the cashier was more interested in socializing with the other staff then taking the orders .
Most of the time I come here, my order seems to get shorted on either items or ingredients. Today, for example, I ordered a... bacon king. You would think you'd get more than 2 strips of bacon for something that has the word "bacon" as the first word ofit's name. Read more
If I could give this place -5 stars , I would. I went through the drive thru and I ordered a large iced coffee and received a... small instead. The worse part is that when my total came out to be $2.26, I paid with a $5.00 bill and was handed $.76 inchange, the cashier literally stole my $2.00 and when I asked for a receipt and informed her that she shorted me $2, she actedlike she didn?t hear me and closed the drive thru window.
