Impossible whopper seems like it was freshly made. Onion rings had too much batter and wasn?t crispy.

Finally, a fast food restaurant that isn't terrible. Every time I've gone, the service has been quick, my order is correct, and... the food is hot. I stopped going to BK after consistently getting terrible food and service at a BK across town. Like all fastfood, it all depends on the store. This is a good one. Online order issue is if they are busy, you have to wait in line, but once the cars get moving, just say your name, pull up, and... grab and be good. Food is always fresh and hot when you get to the window. Read more

We went thru the drive thru just now and this is the second time the person taking the order was rude. Loud tone of voice and in... a rush. Then after all that attitude still has to ask what sauce we wanted. We only ordered one meal today and this time Ireturned the attitude. I asked for a name to report to the manager and she straight lied saying she didn't take the order anddidnt give her name and no name tag on her. Yes, she did take the order, but she didn't expect attitude or expect I was going tocomplain. I guess this is why customers go off on people. I kept it together because I could have gone off. If you don't want towork I know for sure you don't have a gun pointed at you. If you are there because you need a job to pay bills then treat yourcustomers with respect. Customers are why you have a job. Looking at the reviews this place is pretty close to needing to beshut down. You don't care about customers. I spoke with Rose Isela who claimed to be the manager. Pretty terrible experience. I and other customers were pulling in the drive through but being completely ignored by staff... inside. After waiting several minutes at the speaker I pulled over to the window. Staff was inside cleaning up and such butpretended they didn?t see anyone pulling up and trying to order food. I was here about 45min before closing on a Thursday, soit?s pretty clear they just didn?t care to provide service and were eager to close for the night. It would?ve been nice if theyat least told their customers they were closing early instead of plain ignoring them. Read more

When this Burger King was first open we were so happy with the service and food. It's been going down and management is rude.... Never can get our order right! Even if I tell her in English or Spanish, tell me how hard is to make a bun,meat and ketchup onlyBurger. Tonight was the worst. The buns fell apart as we All tried to eat them we bought 6 orders of combo meals. Not cheap, andcheaply made. Never Again. I should have Always stayed with Dairy Queen.
