We went at 9:15 on Friday September 23rd. There were two cars in front of the restaurant and no cars in the drive thru. We had... to get their attention because no one even acknowledged us when we pulled up. When the guy finally came on the speaker he said"wait a minute, we're busy." He then proceeded to leave us sitting there for over five minutes without saying a single word. Wefinally decided to go to KFC down the road and as we passed the windows we could see just two customers in the entirerestaurant. This is the most absurdly unreliable fast food place I've ever been to (or attempted to go to). Over the last 3 weeks, I've... attempted to go 4 times, twice for breakfast right around 7:00 AM and twice for lunch around 11:00 AM. 3 out of the 4 times, therestaurant has been closed. 25% is not a good track record. This doesn't factor the numerous times this has happened over thelast year since I've started working in the area. You can cry about staffing issues, but it's simple. Pay better. Read more
You will literally have to wait an hour for your food here, don't waste your time or money. They clearly don't pay the staff... enough and they can't attract workers. We need to work to get companies like this out of business, and stop contributing tomediocrity. Read more

Ordered three burgers. One whopper and two of the limited time ghost pepper burger and I only received one whopper put together... in a mess and never received the other two burgers. Called they would pick the phone up and hang up. Never said hello oranything. Read more
