I'm new to this store but BK has always been one of my favorite places to eat. I like the fact that it's close to where I work... and they have good offers when you order online. I think the food tastes great but my only complaint is that burgers andsandwiches are lukewarm. I know that it's fast food but I like my food piping hot when it should be. That still won't stop mefrom eating there but I would give them 5 stars if they made that correction. Read more

I went to this BK because of a T mobile Tuesday Impossible Whopper deal. I went to the drive thru but didnt realize I had to... download the BK app, and have an account to get the coupon code. So as I started this process at the drive thru, I appreciatedthat Lisa was patient. As i was struggling to find the coupon code, Lisa allowed me to pull around to window and do my order atthe window. Note if you have a coupon they must have that code before they can begin your order. You are already flustered itsnice when someone shows you patience and grace. Read more

This location is trash. I had an hour from my lunch break. I had to wait 20 minutes for these people in the drive-through line... to tell me that their grill is broken and cannot take any orders. Then I proceed to get stuck between behind a bunch of cars whoare already ordering in front of me. Major inconvenience. Service was okay but food taste horrible like it has been sitting out for hours.I got some mozzarella sticks they were cold and ... they supposed to be melting also got some burgers and the meat look cold and burnt from the sides and I didn?t wanted to try italso I won?t be coming back. My husband placed and picked up this order Tuesday night...so 2 days ago. He said the order taker was friendly and that there... was no wait. From the looks and sound of it everything went well. Everything except the "make it your way." We did not have acomplicated order just wanted the removal of tomatoes from 3 Whoppers and the removal of lettuce from one of those. TheWhoppers came fully dressed. When I contacted BK's corporate customer service they sent a coupon that I have to log into theironline ordering system to retrieve. Although the service was friendly we are not sure why the customization was not made? Wewere told by BK Corporate the manager at this location would be notified, but we have not heard anything further. I guess ourdisappoint lies with BK Corp or Inc. or whatever it is called. I had never eaten at Burger King as a kid and was just startingto discover its Impossible Whopper which my family loves. But think it may be time to try out the McPlant? BK customer serviceis pretty non-existent...would think their money would be better spent retaining customers rather than getting them to sign upfor their online ordering app. Read more

I'm a long time customer.  I typically use the drive thru and have rarely had an issue with my order. Wait times are always... acceptable because food is made fresh. Now that the restaurant is back open for dining I decided to walk in and order.  Theemployee at the counter looked a bit worn down. In my short time inside he dealt with a series of difficult people in line.There was a person wanting his Uber order when it was picked up by the driver. He was cranky and rude. There were people who hadordered on the app at the wrong restaurant cutting in line looking for technical assistance. I suspect these things aren'tunusual. I still received acceptable service. My food was ready quickly (they didn't call my number though), and it tasted good.I have no complaints. Read more

First the app was NOT accepting orders. I ordered two whoppers easy catchup easy mayo easy lettuce. Pulled up informed the child... at the window that I wasn?t able to place my order online the child?s reply was ? we have no control over that.? Read more

I finally tried to the Impossible Whopper. Not bad. The fries were SUPER salty. Had I known, I would have asked them to go easy... on the salt. The kids enjoyed their kid's meals. The customer service was good too. Read more
