The food was okay, and definitely came out plain. They were severely understaffed. The one waiter there forgot everything we... asked for and had to ask twice. We waited forever for the check. The server knew we were ready because we kept trying to get hisattention. Granted it seemed like he was the only one, but if you have multiple locations, let's move some peeps around so yourbusiness doesn't suffer. I can say I won't be back to this location. Place was dead and run down. First time I came one of the people upfront was rude as hell. I spoke to her and she just... completely ignored me and let the other person up front talk. She looked annoyed. Food was fine though. At least they actuallyput enough sauce on the wings unlike the other one in Austin Second time I came, food wasn't ready until about 20 minutes afterit was scheduled to be, and no one was upfront to talk to me or take any phone calls from anyone. There was literally one groupin the dining area. Why did I have to wait so long for my food and to even get a hold of anyone? Had to call over the one andonly server to get assistance. Read more
7:30pm Told us we had to wait 20 minutes for a table some customers behind us even left.one side of restaurant was closed and in... the bar area there was 11 tables available? didn?t want to take pictures of the table around us for respect..theres 2 availablebehind us.. took like 5 minutes to tell us we could WAIT in the bar till a table was available. Saturday night, not very busy which is fine by me because it means we got to sit down immediately. Service was quick and server... paid good attention. Food was exactly what you would expect going to BWW. Yes, the parking lot is dirty but considering whicharea of town you?re in there?s only so much they can do about it. Make sure you lock your car and don?t leave anything valuablesitting out in the open. Read more
There was no one up front to seat you eve though it was 12:00??? Bathroom was pretty dirty for just opening. I seated myself and... a waitress showed up to take my drink order. Inside had a lot of dirty tables to have just opened an hour ago. Quickly began tofill up with customers. Ordered the lunch special 10 wings (dry no sauce for me) and substituted a salad for the fries with asoft drink. My waitress appeared to be the only employee up front with customers. Maybe short staffing accounts for the lack ofcleanliness upon opening? The salad was pretty good. No wilted brown parts. Wings as always were also very good. Anotherwaitress showed up as my food came out. Both of them checked back with me so service was good. I enjoyed my lunch. With alittle more attention to detail they could be much improved. Read more
I've ordered from this place a few times because it's close to where I live and I like B-Dubs wings but they always get my order... wrong. This time I ordered 20 traditional wings alin three flavors. They got one of the flavors wrong and gave me boneless for athird of my order. How does that even happen? In general, you should expect the quality and service equivalent to a McDonald'sin a bad neighborhood. 0/10, would not recommend. Read more
Let's start with the parking lot that's got trash all over. Then move on to the car sitting right out front with no wheels... sitting on the rotors. Moving inside there is 6 people waiting to be seated. There is no one at the pickup counter and no one atthe host stand. A waiter stopped eating his lunch to state "If you eating in seat yourself on that side (points to the bar), ifyou're taking out she should be back(walks away goes back to eating). The take out employee shows up about 5 mins later videochatting on her phone. I know this because she sat it on the counter while trying to take orders. When it was my turn I asked ifshe need to finish her phone call she grunted and set it on the register. Would love to know her name but she never offered itand had no name tag. Manager was literally running to try and take care of customers. He was very friendly. I ordered 20boneless wings total was just over 13$. My partner ordered 10 boneless wings her order was over 16$. I dunno if they were shorthanded or if this is a norm but I can guarantee ???? will not be back here. Read more
