I had this food truck on my list for quite awhile, but had not been in the area for a bit. Finally, last week, I was coming... home from a visit to Lakeway and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. The best item I tried was the really deliciousPoblano Chicken Bowl! I also ordered a small Chips and spicy queso, Poblano Chicken Quesataco, a Quesadilla & Chicken TingaTaco. We saw the Vegan sign while on 620 ... why not check out a new (to you) neighborhood food trailer? A spontaneous visit indeed as... we were in between lunch and dinnner and just wanted to taste what this place had to offer. One caveat ... we rode ~40 milesearlier in the morning so two of us may have been hungrier, but the textures and flavors were fantastic, even for the one personthat had not riden this morning. We were a group of three and everyone enjoyed the shared meal. The Vegan Taco had some crunchydeep fried tortillas in it and those paired with the fresh corn pieces allowed for a great texture that accomponied the othertaco ingredients The Vegan Torta had several different ingredients with Mexican rice being predominant. Again, this still had agreat flavor combination and the bread was absolutely fresh and had a great texture to it. They had two full picnic tables andseveral camping style chairs for outdoor seating. Wow!!!!! MUST VISIT! First of all, the owner is AMAZING! She is so welcoming, took time to explain the menu, and overall had... such a fantastic personality! Definitely made the experience feel so personalized and caring! Second, the food: SO GOOD!! Thetacos were delicious and fresh, the homemade chips and spicy queso were the best I've had. Absolutely spectacular horchata and amazing food. The torta with half al pastor and half carnitas was out of this world good.... Not only are the owner and workers spectacularly pleasant and fun but the food is just something else. Read more
This place is my 2 favorite things, cheap AND delicious, for some delicious elite/street corn, a quesataco with poblano chicken... and a small horchata I spent 10$ (but come on guys leave a tip) The woman who runs the spot is very kind, the food is fillingand delicious. For a random trailer in Cedar Park it blew past my expectations. I’d go as far as to say if you’re fromMexico living in this part of Texas you’d be impressed too. Amazing tacos, the owner is the nicest lady. If it's your first time she will give you a sampler plater of the different types... of meats. my friend says they have the best vegan tacos ever! The street corn is to die for. The horchata is the best I've everhad. I highly recommend it and come here regularly. Also has treats for dogs! Makes her own salsa from scratch. Read more
Absolutely phenomenal! The food is fantastic! The owner is super friendly. It's a great little spot with tables under some big... shade trees. I love food trucks but don't always want to eat in the car so I love that it's a cute spot. They always have treatsfor my dog too! I usually order the carnitas tacos, they're the best! I took a vegan friend there and she claims they have thebest vegan she's ever had. And I usually don't even like horchata but this one is yummy! Read more
