1st time there & nice layout & clean..good breakfast selection etc.
Ate here like twice a week for a year and had no issues. The past couple weeks they just stopped online orders but still charge... people with no notice and they haven't taken down their door dash listing. It's crazy incompetent now and the employees are allrude and don't wanna help what so ever. Food also taste awful now and it's all watery. Also I don't think they care about foodsafety. The first rime i came this establishment 4 weeks ago I got good food and service. Today i thought i would try it again but it... did not workout that way. As I approached the front counter the lady saw me, turned around and walked over to the sink in whichshe was ringing the water out of the towel then proceeded to wiping off the counter as if i was not standing in front of her. Iwaited patiently giving her the benefit of the doubt. After waiting about two minutes of this she finally acknowledged me andthe l asked me "What can I get you?" in a semi rude tone. I then tried to ask her a question about one of the items on the menu.She at this point ignored me as if I was not talking to her. I have a voice that carries its hard for her not believe she didnot hear me. So i walked away. Inside the restaurant is a store combined with a gas station. I went to get something to drinkand the store made food. I then looked back at the front counter after about 5 mins later and same this same lady that ignoredme serving someone else with no issues. Most of these reviews were probably during the shortages, amazes me how little understanding people have but just complain to... complain. Every burrito I have bought has been great. The queso and guac has also always been good. One of my favorite spotswith so little options in my area. Read more
Food is good if they they can just get your order right. The drive-thru is currently at 25% accuracy, for me. The worst was... when I ordered a Sprite with my food, got to the window, paid for my food, and when I ask for my drink, the response was thatthey didn't charge me for one. Ok. Went inside to order. All of the protein containers being heated were all open, and the meat looked dry, like nothing had been... replenished with fresh food for hours. I gave the benefit of the doubt and I was starving. They were out of half of the items ontheir menu and it was dinner time. I ordered the chicken tacos, It was expensive for the amount you received, the chicken wasdry and flavorless. The queso was the only thing that was enjoyable. I think with better management and employees that careabout the food and customers, they might actually be a decent place for food. Unfortunately, I can't recommend and won't beback. Read more
About half the size of Chipotle (dollar for scale), 1/10th the taste, at the same price. Service was fast and unmemorable.
