man oh man. i preordered a large order for 25 people (corporate order) almost a week in advance. it was done the week before... thanksgiving so i understand them having a rush of orders. HOWEVER, they had 0 communication with us. upon arrival for pick upthey said it would be HOURS before it was ready. again, this is a corporate order for working employees waiting to eat lunch...."hours" is not acceptable. their cancellation policy did not allow a cancelation without a fee (ridiculous because it was NOTour error) so when we came back to pick it up "hours" later they said they gave our food away because we weren't there waitingfor them to be ready....... we ended up getting the food but the lack of customer service is baffling. im pretty consideratewith the food industry considering i worked in it for years but a little communication would've been great. if they can't handlethe order received DONT TAKE IT. i would not have been upset if it was even cancelled the day before..... but being hours lateespecially when it's put in and paid for in advance is just inexcusable. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Similar to the other reviews of recent... I placed a catering order for Thanksgiving. When I arrived,... they said go through the drive thru, then the drive thru told me to go inside... so much fun. When I arrived inside, theemployees were arguing - like yelling across the restaurant - and no one wanted to "take care of this guy who needs a cateringpickup." Thanks, guys. I ordered 8 trays of turkey, received 3. Was told everything I ordered was there; it was not. I had todo Friendsgiving, and Boston Market didn't give me nearly the meat that I'd ordered. Now I get to call the 303 number and havea back and forth over the coming weeks to see what can be done. Read more

DO NOT order catering from Boston Market: even though the delivery person said "everything is there" they lied! Two gallons of... ice tea, butter, serving spoons & ladles were missing. When I tried to call the restaurant (3 times) no one answered so I had tocall a 303 number & wait to speak to someone on the "Catering Team" who is in another country to take my complaint. Now I get towait 5-7 business days for a call back. Very unprofessional. I won't be ordering from BM again. :( Read more

Good & Bad Experience. First, the bad experience, I went to eat there yesterday and didn't like the meatloaf, it tasted like a... microwave/oven dinner. Since I paid $18.38 for meatloaf with 2 sides, I expected better. So, I took my full plate back to thecounter immediately after taking a 1st bite of the meatloaf and asked the cashier (Grace), if I could get a pot pie insteadbecause I didn't like the meatloaf, however she said "if you want the pot pie, you have to pay for it!" I told her, "Hey, I justpaid $18 here's my whole plate, just exchange it for the pot pie!" She again said "if you want the pot pie, you have to pay forit!" So I told her, "please let me speak to the mgr!" She laughed out loud and said "I am the manager!!" I was shocked when shesaid that as she was so rude and didn't act like a lead, mentor nor manager. So, then I told her, "Well, then the mgr over you!"Then Grace, said "That would be my GM and I'll go get him but he's going to tell you the same thing!!" The Good Experience:Well, I waited then after about 3 mins or so, a guy came to the front with the name tag "Ezra" and in seconds he listened to myconcern, took my full plate of food I had only taken a bite of meatloaf and immediately gave me the pot pie, he even gave me anextra cornbread. Ezra & Grace, are complete opposites on how to take care of their customers by far. Because of Ezra, I woulddefinitely go back another day (just no meatloaf for me, but by the way the pot pie was really good!), but Grace, on the otherhand, is a very poor example of management for Boston Market, she is very rude and unprofessional. Nonetheless, I'm verygrateful for the GM-Ezra, So "Thank you Ezra, for a positive experience and taking care of the customer!!" Read more

Really bad tasting food. Three hungry guys couldn?t finish/barely ate anything. Some of the food was old but not sure it being... fresh would have helped. We are from San Antonio and I remember Boston market being open there for a short time and now I knowwhy they closed. Chicken pot pie was empty. Crust was bad. Few spoonfuls of chicken and veggies with sauce but nowhere full ofanything. Creamed spinach was pretty flavorless and rice tasted like dirty socks. We were hungry and in a hurry but should havegone to chic filet across the street. Not worth $55. Reminded us of a really bad luby?s or like someone prepared a ?fresh? TVdinner for you. Like I said it?s not the time of day we went, I think this is just how the food is. Best thing was the minttoothpick even after we discovered they weren?t even flavored. Just left. Still hungry? Whoever is giving 5 stars must think gasstation sushi is mind blowing delicious!! Read more

I literally almost never leave reviews, but I have to this time; I was told about ?Boston Market? by a friend, so I went to... check it out they have a decent menu, definitely reminds me of home cooked foods. The food though was absolutely horrible; myfriend and I quite literally could not eat it and had to spit out most of what we ate. He got the meatloaf meal with sweet cornand mashed potatoes; the potatoes were very bland and the sweet corn wasn?t sweet. I got the chicken pot pie with Mac N Cheese;which the pie had an overall sour taste I couldn?t stomach, the Mac n cheese is what I had to spit out, I?ve never in my lifehad such bad food to the point I couldn?t eat any of it. I wouldn?t even buy a plate for the homeless people down the street, itwould be cruel to them. They?re very short staffed which I understand with today?s workers, but it just seems awful how theywould treat an employee; there was only one man in there tha we saw, we asked if he was working by himself he said yes. Weassume that?s why the inside dinning was closed but to have one person working I wouldn?t put that on my own employees. Read more

Haven?t been to a Boston Market in about 10 years. Visited here today and the food was just as delicious and service impeccable.... Ezra was extremely friendly and polite and it really improved our dining experience. The facility was nice and clean. We reallyenjoyed our lunch and would absolutely return. Definitely recommend stopping by! Read more

I am as comfortable going to this place as I am going to my own grandmother's house. This place is private secluded and... beautiful. Plus there's a great attraction such as enchanted Rock or Fredericksburg Texas just nearby. I cannot wait to go backhere and stay one more time. Read more
