Found Black Rock on Google Maps & decided to try it out since they weren't the big box chain. I have a food ingredient... intolerance but i wanted to order a pastry. They did not have an ingredient or allergen list for the food items they had in thestore. I ordered a drip coffee & couple pastries anyway to support. I ate the danish & it was delicious but i probablyshouldn't have eaten it. Also, there are not that many seats & outlets inside. There is covered patio seating out front but itwas chilly that day & there were no heaters & no outlets outside. I moved on . The coffee was pretty good, though. Read more

always friendly service and good prices. Love supporting local coffee houses and this is one you can depend on for consistency... in the drink making and service! Read more

Would have been better served going to Starbucks. The employee at the drive through was wearing some horrible perfume and my... coffee cup smelled like it the whole way home. Ruined the experience and my mocha wasn't very good either. I won't be back willbe going to Starbucks for now on. Read more

It's been a year, but the manager used my credit card to buy his coffee several times. I caught it because it was on my Birthday... and I knew I hadn't been in. This has Never happened before! I will never forget this! Read more

Got the 32oz Iced Caramel Truffle. It was sweet, and good, but pretty expensive in my view. This was $7.14 after tax, I still... prefer DD over all coffees so far in my experience in Austin. They have a point system though that you can sign up for, it'sfree, and get rewards like $1.50 off your drink. It's a cool place to try once, and if you're rich multiple times, but I can'tjustify going again. Read more

Not sure how to say this, but I had the best iced coffee of my entire life. I had never been before, I drive by it almost daily... when I visit Austin so I finally decided to check it out. I?m almost nervous to go back because it was such a profoundexperience, I?ve told everyone who will listen. I ordered a simple hazelnut iced latte. The flavor of the coffee BEANSthemselves were really noticeable though, there was a sort of smoky nutty flavor. Best iced coffee I?ve ever had, I?ve thoughtabout it every day since. And on top of the coffee, the drive thru lady was lovely and offered a pup cup for my dog in thebackseat. Read more
