I cannot give a rating on the ice cream because my friend and I used the restroom first and decided to leave based on the lack... of cleanliness. As we left we could see the floor in the front of the store was just as nasty as the restroom. I can't help butwonder what the food prep area we can't see must be like if this is their state of cleanliness where customers CAN see. Thank meand drive a few extra miles for Scoop and Score. Terrible service. My grandson and I were ignored by the one person working. When I asked if she could help us she rudely told me... she was already helping someone else,, the other person was just looking through the cake book.. I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday from here. Upon arrival the cake looked nothing like the picture that I... ordered off there website. I advised them of that and they said they would fix I told them I had to have the cake in four hours.After leaving I thought about it and called them back I specifically said if the cake is not something you are able to do pleaselet me know so that I can pick something easier. They assured me they could make it look like what they advertise. I sent myfiancée to get the second cake he brought it home and still did not look like the picture. At this point the party starts in anhour and there?s nothing I can do about it. Will not trust them again to make a cake unless it is extremely basic.
