Since when did 2 kids ice cream cost 10? I think they either overcharged me or raised the prices . Won't be back
pure awful. the workers wore no masks or gloves. one of them was touching their face and styling their greasy long hair only to... serve my son his ice cream scoop (which he threw away) with ungloved bacteria from his face and hair. One of the workers wascoughing a lot without a mask around my other son?s ice cream milkshake. the guy that served my son?s ice cream scoop picked hisnose as we were leaving the store after we got our ice creams, it was a mess. the place seemed very unorganized consideringthere were 4 groups of people in the store with us all taking orders at the same time. please just go to a local ice cream shopinstead of this unhygienic place ran by 16 year old?s that don?t know a thing when it comes to hygiene or organization. Wrong hours of service posted. Says they are open till 9 pm when in reality they close at 5 pm. 5 pm for an Ice cream shop to... close is WAYYYY TO EARLY. Baskin Robbins should leave the Belterra neighborhood and let some one open up who actually wants towork. Read more

Idk this is a cake that I bought on Friday 5/24 at 2 I picked up. We ate it at around 9 (5/24)bc that?s when my husband got... home. Well this cake looked like it had so much freezer burn. It was very disappointing. My family did not even eat the cakepart. At least the icecream and whip topping was good. I would never buy a cake from here again. Not worth the $$. You guysshould make the cakes the day before I feel like we had a cake that had been just sitting in the freezer for god knows how long.Won?t be buying anymore cakes here. ???????????????????????????????????????? Welcomed us once we walked in and was ready to take order. Let my children sample a few flavors and gave us time to choose. We... came on the $1.50 scoop night and it was awesome! Great deal. Ice cream had a bit of a "freezer burn" taste but wasn't thatstrong. All in all it was a good experience. Read more

Gross. Gross, Gross! For an $8.00 single scoop cone ice cream can this place be please be clean and sanitary? Showed up at... Noon on Sunday... 1 minute after opening and the floor was a sticky dirty mess. This is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time I'vetaken my son here only to find it a complete visible dirty mess. I've never seen anyone older than 18 working here and itshows. These young kids are always on their phone surfing the web between customers rather than cleaning any of the dirtytables. Not sure how on earth they pass food and safety inspections from the City of Austin. Read more
