A nice stop for a tasty treat! So many fun varieties of frozen bananas to choose from. The bananas were very fresh, and... definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. Also, very happy that they have a vegan option. Read more

Delicious and soft bananas. Just remember to eat quickly as they melt fast. I would get both with coconut shavings next time, it... was fantastic. The two women running the booth are very friendly. Read more

I once found myself wandering the dark streets of West Austin. I was cold, I was broken, my spirit a mere fraction of what it... used to be. I had a hole in me, some call it their god hole? I just call it my banana hole. Then, like a lighthouse on thehorizon, I beheld a glorious visage. Billowing gently in the Texas breeze, a banner depicting what I first mistook to be Antifapropaganda revealed itself to me. Lo and behold, rather than the crudely drawn iconography of a scrappy but loosely structuredrevolutionary movement, I had discovered my salvation. A salvation in the form of a chocolate dipped banana covered in candy andnuts. I approached the trailer, light emanating from it like what I can only imagine Moses beheld when he saw God in the burningbush. Silhouetted by this beautiful incandescence was the form of an angel, not that of Gabriel, nor of Satan, but an angel sentfrom the heavens to deliver tasty bananas into my mouth. I enthusiastically placed my order, the act of which was complicated byexcessive mouthwatering and excitement at the prospect of enjoying the impending dessert. After a short wait the angel onceagain emerged from within the temple of sugary delights to deliver the goods. I can?t recall what happened after that. When Ifinally regained consciousness from the overwhelming euphoria induced by the delectable connection I knew one thing, and onething only. I was home. To any weary traveler who reads these words, I say unto you. Should you falter, should you question yourwill to live, should you need a banana in your mouth, do not hesitate. Acquire any legal tender that you can, and head directlyto bananarchy to satisfy your deepest desires. Also the Milly Vanilly is pretty good. Read more

This is a really lovely treat! Every time I visit Austin I make a stop here. The best item on the the menu is, by far, the... "Texas Two Step." But every menu offering is delish. Great as a cold treat on a hot afternoon, or a tasty dessert after dinner.Definitely a must visit. Read more

The entrance is so quick if you do not know where it is you will pass it just like I did but it's a quick turn around to get... back. There is so much parking here for the area, such a shock! The banana is delicious but does not hold up well. I tried toeat half and put it in the freezer to get back to it and the texture was off. I will eat it quicker next time. Read more

Bananarchy is a place I love to treat myself. I don?t think I?ve had the same combinations twice. Today?s frozen banana was... dipped chocolate and vanilla and covered with toffee, Oreo and coconut. So good! If you go to one of their 3 locations on aSaturday, for example, be prepared to wait for you banana. But believe me, it is worth it! Go check em out. Read more
