Really sub-standard pie tonight. The pie was not evenly cooked and although I only arrived 5 mins after the text notification... saying it was ready, it was barely lukewarm when I got to my car and ate a slice. I also paid for extra cheese and it wascertainly not provided. I stopped eating it halfway through. This used to be more than just a great pizza spot to visit if youwere getting drunk at the bar that the pizza truck is outside of, but now it's not even suitable for drunk food, because it justmakes you crave better pizza. Update! Had the backdraft pizza, the sausage was okay and the jalapeños are my classic combo with pepperoni. You can only order... online not at the truck. Orders are typically ready within 20-30 minutes but when busy can be longer. The size of the pizza forthe price was very fair. Pepperoni is my go to and it was great. Thin and crispy and holds up when you pick up a slice you don?thave to fold it in half like New York style pizza. They offered complimentary packets of Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakesmy personal go to add ons for pizza. They have pizza rolls and salads. There were 12 pieces of mushroom on "shrooms to the moon" pizza. There were 4 pieces of sausage. Crust had no taste - it was... like eating a communion wafer. It was spectacularly nothing like the photo on the menu and not worth the price at all. I alsogot a Liege waffle with nutella, strawberries and whipped cream. Waffle was a bit on the harder side but edible. They sadly usewhipped cream from a can and we all know it disentigrates within minutes. It was a tub of white water by the time I got myorder. Look, I on occasion still order from pizza hut and dominos so no stranger to bad pizza, but I won't be coming back here.They get a 2nd star for wrapping the waffle in foil (on 3 sides) to keep it warm and a star was not deducted for pizza beingcold as it could be the delivery service's issue. Ordered online as per the instructions on their voicemail and when I arrived to pick up, there was a handwritten sign outside... their truck that said they had no basil. I wish they had mentioned this on the website because one of the pizzas I ordered wasthe Twisted Rita aka margherita - so it was basically just a tomato and cheese pizza. Overall, the cheese/sauce of the Ritawere good. I also ordered Shrooms and flavor was also good. But the crust and dough were so? dry and hard. I also gotbreadsticks + homemade red sauce. When I got home, I found out they forgot the red sauce. Maybe I should?ve checked that theygave me everything before I drove off? Idk. Drove all the way here from work on my lunch hour , just to find an empty parking lot. Then when I called no one answers the... phone either. It would be really nice if you would actually take the 5 minutes to update this for Google so that other peopledon?t waste there time driving to an empty parking lot hungry.
