Coming from out of town for work, my colleague took me here - essentially, his neighborhood bar. It was amazing and I had a... lovely time. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot I felt welcome. We walked into the spacious bar area where Tylerthe bartender took care of us. Although there were many enticing cocktails on the menu we drank nothing fancier than Makers onthe rocks, it fit the night. We sat out on the covered patio and enjoyed the band, a blues-funk-rock crew that seamlesslybounced between Bruno Mars, Stevie Wonder, and Average White Band. The band played on a covered stage about 100 feet away infront of a giant Texas flag, dramatically lit with an old school bus incorporated as a kind of stage prop. There was plenty ofoutdoor seating near the stage in front of us, and also under the trees to our left . Tea lights were strung all across theproperty. When the sun went down the scene outside was really cool. Food trucks provided eats. We were closing the night withdrinks only, but the next time I'm there I'll try the food:-). It's a nice place to just sit and chill. I visited with a friend, we sat outdoors, got ourselves a drink, listened to some good... music and played games. It's also a good place to take your dog as outdoors, you got some decent space for the dogs to runaround. They have a good collection of games as well Read more
Such a fun dog friendly place! Huge open space with tons of live oak trees with lawn chairs under... Great band tonight with ... long shared picnic tables. Fun outdoor drinking and eating space. Sound is horrible outside the main stage. Average unhealthy food truck fare. Great bar!... Good choice of beer. Great ambience and local hipsters! Must visit to hang out with friends and dance a little if you are bold. Read more
Really good space with good bands and food options. I recommend Mama's corn dogs and the barbacoa loaded fries. Amazing! The... frozen pain killers was a hit amongst my friends. Their ranch water was really refreshing and not overly sweet. Read more

Great food trucks, super dog friendly, clean and all around a happy atmosphere. There?s an off the leash gated area you can let... you dog run and interact with others and great band selections , music with plenty of seating! One of my favorite spots onManchaca road, South Austin! Read more
