It seems this restaurant has issues when dealing with GrubHub drivers...I only asked for hot food and some extra sauce and I got... cold food with no sauce at all, not even the original sauce that was on the order. Absolutely ridiculous. My girlfriend was sworn at and threatened with violence after apparently ?Being rude? to the drive thru... employee even though all she did was ask for them to hold on so she could finish ordering her food after they tried to rush herto drive up to pay. Poor excuse for customer service and for that kind of aggressive and completely child like behavior to betolerated is mind blowing. Read more
Okay, my jalapeño and beef slider was good, curly fries were good, but the chicken, bacon and swiss was pretty disappointing. ... The chicken was way over cooked and a third of the size it used to be. Pretty much a dried up chicken jerky sandwich. Read more
It used to be so good! I'm just giving up now. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru line for stale, cold fries and my... brisket sandwich had almost no meat on it. Bread tasted pretty old too. Super expensive food, you can get a lot better qualityliterally anywhere else. Definitely stay away from this place! Read more

The first time I stopped there the guy working the drive thru window tried to panhandle me for cash after I paid for my order... with my credit card. I avoided the place for a while, then decided to give them another chance. I was told they don?t haveshakes (they did the first time I went there.) I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich only, pull up to the window, hand her mycard, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait (she hadn?t given my card back), while she walks around, chit chats with 2 otheremployees who are also walking around. When she finally opened the window she said ?I?m sorry I thought you had fries, and Iwas taking my time.? I said I thought maybe you were out of roast beef too. Made a HUGE order and turns out I was missing 1 sandwich. Pulled back through and got the sandwich and a humble apology. I was... honestly expecting way more to be missing because they got it done so quickly. They were short staffed and still got it donefresh and fast with 1 innocent mistake. It's convenient to go to as it's right in the parking lot as my job. But there aren't many staffed employees and they are shut... down a lot or they are late opening as there is only 1 employee there. Also, the menu says shakes but everytime I go there theysay they don't do shakes there and once I was told it was broken. When they are open the order is accurate however. Too bad theydon't have a full staff all the time and open when the hours are posted. Read more
