So good. Had espresso shake made with salted caramel ice cream. All the coffee shops were closed and now I am glad they were. ... Service was spectacular with a wonderful smile. Recipe was on point. Incident on 4/3/22 at Amy's Ice Cream stand. I walked up to the guy working there and simply asked him if they are open. He... responded "What the hell do you think? The lights are on!" I then told him in a nice tone that I was simply asking him if theywere open and did not appreciate the attitude. It went downhill from there as he went irate. He then slammed the ice cream onthe counter. This all went down in front of my 8-year-old daughter. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.I was close to reporting this guy to the airport management but had to catch my flight. Avoid this place at all costs. Read more

Maybe I?m biased, but you can never go wrong with ice cream when you?re in the Midwest. Amy?s ice cream did not disappoint me. I... walked by three times, debating if I should order something or not. Their cute signage and names of their ice cream specialscaught my eye. Eventually, I gave in and ordered ?The Child? from the popular Disney series. It was Oreo ice cream, Andes mints,waffle cone, and hot fudge. It was amazing. Their workers are also friendly and fun. I saw one guy scoping ice cream, and hewould toss the scoops up in the air and catch them with the cup. The woman who helped me was really nice and had a positiveattitude.
