I spent about $30 on food and then I go home and open the bag and out of the 8 tacos I ordered I only got 5 tacos and I was... missing one of my potato lays, the staff are friendly but I swear they don't know how to do there job. Read more
The tacos were delicious and the speed of service was amazing! I was in and out with my to-go order in just a couple minutes!!
Food is good, guacamole is actually fresh made, and service is friendly and expedient. They had a sign banishing high school... students from the restaurant awhile ago, but I recently returned and saw a chaperone with students there, that?s totally finewith me! Let the kids eat wherever they want to. The bathroom fan doesn?t work, so a few things need to be addressed. Mostly,though, the carpet is disgusting and MUST be replaced asap. Read more
At our mid-afternoon stop here in Austin, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. One was cleaning in the lobby and working... with the ice machine. Lots of smiles. Helpful with questions on the menu. The salsa bar was stocked with great salsa!! Kudos tothe management and staff of this Taco John's location!!! Read more
For the record the food is great, and I personally did not have a problem with my last trip. But within the half hour that we... were there, we witnessed At least 7 mistakes from the employees.. We got our food before at least 3 guests that ordered beforeus. I asked for mild sauce and got hot sauce instead, not a big deal. one of the guest that ordered before us and had yet to gethis food, went and asked for a refund and got attitude from the front cashier stating that she couldn?t do it because she wasnot the manager. As he was trying to get the refund they called for our food again, everything we ordered, but we just finishedeating. The couple that got the refund said that the employees did not apologize for their mistakes and seemed to get ruder tohim, which wasn?t okay considering he was clam and collective trying to resolve the problem. I saw 2 guests come in stating thatthey didn?t get everything they ordered through drive thru. And I?m not sure how many people dining in, didn?t get everythingthey ordered and were not happy. It was a Sunday after 12 so it was quite busy, but I?ve never seen it not only busy but make asmany mistakes or be as rude as they did.
