I ordered 16 piece plain boneless wings, 8 piece plain boneless wing and a small pizza. After almost an hour and a half wait I... called. The guy who answered the phone told me the delivery guy came to the house and knocked with no answer and called alsowith no answer. I told him that I had been sitting outside the whole time and no one called. So he told me the manager couldsend it back out. The delivery guy showed up 5 min later (he apologized and I told him he didnt take the order, yes he got atip) the guy taking the order repeated everything back to me he put it 21st street instead of 24th. I am quite upset to say that last 2 times I have ordered online website has had problems. I have tried several devices to have... same problems. Now my order does not qualify towards my free pizzas. Idk who sauced my wings last night but I definitely don?t think this is how it?s supposed to be done.
Majority of the time they get the order correct!! Very rare for a mess up. Always friendy staff that seem to enjoy what they do... which would help explain why they are almost always busy. Would definitely recommend this Domino's to everyone!! And to think 5or so years ago I despised Domino's as a whole! Read more
