Every time I come to the Zaxby's on the East-West connector in Austell, there will always and has always been an issue.... Management as well as employees are rude. After waiting in a long line and you finally get to the window then you're beingasked to pull up. Back in my day they would give you a courtesy beverage or offer something in regards to asking you to pull up.However October 22nd 2022 they refuse to write the wrong. After spending over $40 for my kids and nieces to have a meal thatyou're kind of scared to eat because you don't know if they're doing something with it then you deal with the rudeness of anemployee and their manager. With that being said this is my review I stand by it and I will not be visiting this Zaxby's everagain in my lifetime choose your battles. Read more

Funneled into a parking spot even though there was no one behind us in the drive thru. Waited 30 minutes AFTER GETTING THROUGH... THE LINE, with only 2 cars ahead of us. Two different employees refused to admit they gave our food to the wrong car even afterhaving to wait for them to completely remake the order. Read more

Got a grilled Cobb salad and all the lettuce was days old and slimy green. Couldn't even eat the salad. They push for sale of... salads but I will never go back to this location if they don't check the quality of their food before letting it go. Read more

Seriously, the worst location. Whoever manages this location isn't and hasn't for a few years. Drive thru repeatedly broken or... not working. Burnt or overcooked fries. Cold tenders. Terrible customer service. I've tried giving this location the benefit ofthe doubt, but it's just trash. Save yourself the headache and go to the Floyd Road location. They never disappoint. Bought 2 salads and we have to pick around the salad because it was rotten. How do you sell a $10 salad rotten? Then I called... the restaurant over and over and get no answer. On top of that, you want to sell a cup of tap water for almost $3. Read more

Used to have a 3 star review but now changing it to a 1 star. The picture provided says it all, "Be a part of the BEST CREW"... Yeah ok, what a lie that is!! Made an online order to be picked up, got charged after order was complete, drove to this locationand found that there was 30 cars waiting on the drive thru. So I called twice and no one answered, but I could see peoplehugging a wall, laughing and talking to other co workers right near the phone. Then I drove through the drive thru to ask aboutthe order I made 30 mins ago(had to wait 20 minutes in line to speak to someone) and they told me the food was already done. Gotthe food and was missing sauces, and coleslaw. Once I got the food it was so cold from being done and sitting for almost 30minutes. Why does this location not answer any phones when ppl order online? If you have 30 + cars in a line, there should besomeone ready to deliver hot and fresh online orders.
