I visited a few nights ago and when I arrived my order couldn't be found and I was told by Imani it would be about 15 minute... wait. OK no problem. Imani was genuinely apologetic and had her team start working on my order immediately. While sitting andobserving, i noticed that Imani was a true leader and had every staff member working on something. She was very efficient,friendly with the customers and cordial to her staff yet firm. I finally got my order and to my surprise she comped it as a wayto say thank you for your patience. Imani has a true understanding of what customer service is and made the correct executivedecision when something did go wrong. I assume Imani is a supervisor/manager there and if she is not, Wingstop you are missingout on talent. Whoever was working Monday night 10.17 are lazy and honestly your paying them to hang out. You call no answer and when you get... here everyone is just chilling. Talking. I really don?t like to leave reviews but seriously this was the last actually good wingstop. I?m assuming the decline in good workers is due to the worker shortage so yeah. 8-2-22 A little bit before 2pm I probably came here maybe 5 times before todays date and the food is always hot and tasty. ... When I came in today there were only two guys there working hard. The only downside to me is the floors are always sticky when Icome in and each time there were different employees so I am not faulting anyone in particular. Read more

This Wingstop was out of the way for us, and a very pleasant surprise! The staff was wonderfully efficient, they seemed like a... crew that worked well together. The food was perfectly prepared. The tables were clean and not sticky like other places I'vegone. I should have known I was in for a good treat when I went to the restroom beforehand and it was perfectly clean. I ordered the 15 piece wing combo , half Louisiana rub and half lemon pepper. I explained to the cashier that the past few times... I came to order the food hasn?t been right. I get home to burnt and greasy wings , I don?t know what flavor it was cause thewings was cooked in burnt grease. ???? I tried to call but no answer. I?m about over it , buying from restaurants.
