I prepaid for a half ham and smoked turkey breast for a Thanksgiving brunch at the office. I thought I could "pop in", collect... my order, and leave since I was picking up my items before going to the office. That's what I get for thinking! Unknowingly, Imust have been part of a group think. There were several people in the prepaid line before I walked in the door. Not to mention,it was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Initially, the line moved slowly. As more people appeared in the prepaid line, morecashiers were added. I was out of there in about fifteen minutes. Horrible experience today, they failed to deliver a $500+ catering order we placed and paid for a week ago. I walked in at 9:00am on Xmas eve and for some reason i expected disgruntled employees. Probably because that is what i have... been experiencing lately while shopping during the last week of Christmas. Before i even got to the door, a woman pleasantlygreeted me. Once i walked in everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I had a pickup order, but then i also decided i wanted addanother side order based on the recommendation of one of the employees at the counter.
