This was a trash experience at this Popeyes. Ordered online and had to wait 30 more minutes for my food to be ready, all to get... half of my order wrong and forgotten items. This experience was bad from the jump at the speaker box. The background noise wasso loud that the person taking the orders could not hear. Once I pulled up, I saw what was creating all the noise, everyemployee on shift beside the cooks were at the front doing nothing and acting like work is a playground. They asked me to pulledup to wait and the ?manager? on shift comes out and pours his drink right next to my car with his food ready. Finally someonecame out with my order and it was wrong. I did not have the will power to wait any longer for these employees who clearly do notcare. Please get some workers who know what a work ethic is and stop paying people who come to work and don?t work. Read more

If you want to spend your hard earned money for a 5 piece special, and only get three pieces of chicken then this is the place... to go. This establishment need to hire people that can count. Also they need some supervision, because all they do isplay.Order a special to include 5 piece chicken and got home and it was only three. Don't waste your time. Chicken was barelywarm. Read more

Inside was closed to public. Drive thru was an all or nothing commitment with no escape route. Risked it for the craving, and... regretted it 28 minutes in. Finally got to order screen, ordered original 5 piece classic, all dark, Cajun rice, mashed potatoeswith gravy on side. Received two white pieces, three dark, all spicy, mashed potatoes with gravy all over it and the Cajun ricewas crunchy! Very disappointed, kids can't eat spicy, nobody wants crunchy rice, the gravy is also spicy, ruining the potatoesfor the kids too. Got an order of hush puppy shrimp for myself, at least that was right! Come on Popeyes, don't be so deliciousas to cause a commitment, unless you're going to commit too! I expect better. Read more

Sorry to say Popeyes may not see me as a customer anymore. The doors are locked without a sign indicating they are or that the... dining room is closed. Only the drive through is open. The drive through windowc area was filthy. Should have been an omen as tothe food quality. The bread for my chicken sandwich i ordered was burned. I have NEVER received a sandwich from any fast foodrestaurant that was burned! Ok things happen but to serve it to a customer?! The french fries served with the meal was skimpy onportion size. No napkins were provided or sauce choices offered. Read more

This is the fastest Popeyes I?ve everrrrrrrr been too. They didn?t say could you hold please they immediately took my order and... moved the line fast. All of my food was fresh and hot. It was even bagged nice and neatly. I am definitely giving them 5 starsand will be visiting again. Read more

Not sure if it's new management or what but the service here as well as the speed and efficiency has changed in a positive way. ... I deliver through Uber here as well as eat here on a regular basis. It used to be slow, lines wrapped onto east west connector,but lately it's been very smooth and the Staff is friendlier. Also, the manager working afternoon/evening shift is so nice!Great job!! I WOULD AGREE,.. IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR TO RATE, I'M POSITIVE THAT WOULD BE THE RATING ON THEIR SERVICE, EMPLOYEES AND THE... LOCATION FOR THOSE WHO RATED ON THEIR REVIEWS FOR THIS POPEYE'S LOCATION. This the first that Inever saw so many bad reviews. Iwas willing to wait in the drive through. I expected the food to be worth my time. The food order was incomplete. The friedchicken, pies, French fries, was cold. Chickens unseasoned. The Creole Rice was missing. The manager was sitting in front ofthe chicken pickers while talking her cell phone. The window servicer was eager to close the window while asking her for sauce,napkins and honey. They're in there playing. This is the first and last time I'm trying this location. Apparently they're just open with no... intention of actually cooking or selling any food. "We don't have no chicken". "We don't have no sides." "We don't have noshrimp." Instead of letting these children just ride the clock and get paid to do nothing, close the restaurant when the daymanager leaves. It'll be better for your reputation and business. Read more
