This McDonalds has improved over the last six months. Staff is friendly and food is hot. I would have given them 4 stars because... my fries came w/o salt as requested but they were over cooked and hard. I?ll still go back but check my food better nexttime. So we're standing in line at the registers waiting and waiting only to be told we had to order through the kiosk (only one was... working). We wait some more only to get called back to get our order in 3 trips to the counter. Terrible customer service anda disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I won't be stopping at this location anytime soon. I'd probably drive around andeither find another location or take my business elsewhere. Read more
DT was a nightmare. Ordered on App - but sat in DT so long they'd stopped serving breakfast. So my order was without the food. ... Mgr. was polite & tried to correct the issue. But then I drove away to find out that even my coffee order was incorrect. How doyou screw up a coffee order? Read more
It is always Good food but not great service.
Slow and super dirty! The tray they give us was super dirt with ketchup from another costumer! Dropped our cup on the floor and... instead of giving a new one she give us the one from the floor! Read more
Who pays $12.45 for a kids meal...NO ONE! But that is all they tried to give me in the drive thru. I told the worker I also had... a Big Mac MEAL. She returns with a BIG MAC...then I have to ask about the fries & she had the nerve to give meattitude!! WTH...I paid for TWO meals, your screens & the receipt should have been enough. It is RIDICULOUS to have beg & pleadfor my food!!! Let's not forget all the fries were NASTY & COLD!!! & what's up with this EXTRA SMALL container of fries in thekids meal.
