This place is everything our team needed it was quick and delicious. This store has become the worst place to get any kind of service. They would not take order at drive thru made you pull around... to window to place order. You had to wait in backed up line due to this. Tried to go inside and they had doors locked. Apparently high gas prices have created a turkey shortage for JJ. I ordered the Club Lulu w extra bacon. I started to eat the... sandwich when I noticed I couldn't taste any turkey. I opened the sandwich and this is what I found, one measly slice of turkey.If it wasn't for the fact that I ordered extra bacon this sandwich would barely have any meat on it. And based on other reviewsthis seems to be a regular occurrence of the price point not matching the value of what you are getting. To this locationdefense I called to complain and spoke to the mgr on duty. She wanted to rectify the issue so she offered me the opportunity tocome back and get the sandwich done right. Fortunately my issue with this location isn?t quality control it?s more of pricing vs what you get with Jimmy John?s as a whole,... I ordered the new ?summer? menu item a wrap with some sort of special sauce. Although tasty VERY small for almost $10 what theworld. I literally felt finessed. Be sure to check your order at this location. It will likely be wrong or incomplete or not ready. Ordered via online. Tracked my... order and the app was never at "ready for pickup" so I just drove to the drive-thru anyway. The sandwich was ready but when Igot there and got to the window I repeated my order that included a drink. He handed me my sandwich and then closed the window,I assumed he was making the drink. Came back 5 min later and asked me what I needed, I reminded him I ordered a drink. 2 minlater, comes back with the drink. I got what I ordered but only because I checked and reminded the employee. They got my order right when I placed it on the app at 8pm. I was impressed when I called a few min late for being ?that jerk?.... They said it was already out for delivery. My order included all the extras which is whole pickle cut in half, oatmeal raisincookie, Diet Coke and avocado sauce. It came in 15 min on 8pm Monday night. Read more
This was my first time eating at Jimmy John's of Brookwood Square, I got a Turkey Tom sub where they have the best sandwiches.... While being there I enjoyed it so much, it was incredible.
