I highly recommend calling before you go. This is the 3rd time I have been turned away. And mind you this is 26 minutes away... from my house. As soon as we walked in we were told they have one server it will be 30-45 min wait, which I?m use to waiting togetting seated elsewhere as well, but the fact that they NEVER HAVE STAFF. The last time we stood there for 7min before we weregreeted then were turned around they closed early because they were low staff, we were told only takeout since they were lowstaffed. Rude employees, long wait times, bad service. Do not waste your time or money at this location. The app would not let us check... in but it said a 15-25 minute wait, but when we arrive the server said 35-45 minute wait time. It?s not worth it. We have todrive about 40 minutes to Chilis and it is not worth it anymore. Something has drastically changed because it has continuallygone down hill. Read more
Both flavors I ordered (honey Chipotle & SW cajun) were delicious and these were some huge meaty wings. Will order again!
first of all...the girl in the hall treated us as if we were going to ask for food...I would think she was asleep, then she told... us that we would wait half an hour, to which she added an hour...I don't understand why They don't use the other tables, halfthe restaurant was empty...and a lot of people waiting to eat...there were also costumers who left just like me...too bad Ireally liked going to eat at this place...I don't think I am back... Was not ready on time and when food was finally handed over it was cold! 100% wished I had got a refund but was too mad off... about the incident to say anything. Ordered almost $100 of food and took it back to Chili?s. Now I?m having a hard time getting a refund because I was told by the... restaurant that they couldn?t replace my order. I ordered through the Its Just Wings website and picked my order up from therestaurant. The restaurant said they could not replace my food but could submit a request for a refund for me and that I wouldhave to contact Door Dash. Called them but due to me not ordering through DD I was told that they could not locate the order andare basically unable to help. The GM at the restaurant even got on the phone to try and explain the situation without luck. I amcurrently in a refund limbo because Chili?s can?t refund the money and DD can?t locate an order to refund. Would be greatlyappreciated if I could be contacted by someone who can assist!
