The employees really need to work on their customer service skills. I placed an online order for pickup (mins you, I?m not a... Doordasher?) I pulled up in the drive thru to pick up my order. There was an automated machine taking my order. An employee goton the speaker and rudely told me ?All DoorDash need to come inside!!? Who ever said I was a Dasher???? So ok? I enjoy Dunkin's Donut coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The food is fresh and tasty. Service is fast and good customer service.... Positive atmosphere in a lot of locations. My favorite Dunkin' location is on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta.???????????????? Read more
Not a fan... A robot took my order, and it could not understand me very well. I asked for no whipped cream due to a dairy... allergy, but my drink came with whipped cream. The human guy I spoke to at the window was friendly. Next time, I'll probablyjust spend the extra $$ and go to Starbucks... Why when you go there around 2:00 to 5:00 pm they never have doughnuts???? I work an overnight shift from 7p to 7 a. I wanted to... bring doughnuts for my coworkers. Several times I went there they had no munchkins or any other varieties of doughnuts. That?scrazy it?s called Dunkin? doughnuts not Dunkin? sometimes we have doughnuts. I?m a northern girl and I grew up on Dunkin?doughnuts. I?m not a fan of Krispy Kreme but they always have doughnuts. So I guess I?m switching to Krispy Kreme. Read more
I really don't care too much for the donuts, I do love the coffee; and I'll say this, the breakfast wraps are very good; but... they only get two stars because the manager a Caucasian lady after me spending nearly 12 bucks did not want to give me a refilleven I after I offer to pay at least half the price! The associate was willing to work with me until she stepped in and saidfull price!
