Hands down one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Extremely slow extremely disorganized. Very limited selection of... items. Every time I go here it turns out to be some sort of ordeal. I went to this Tim Horton today after the beautiful local festival outside this location. I started ordering medium icecap and I... never said two. An elderly lady assumed it two and when I told her its only one, she is so rude to me and she blamed me that yousaid two, then give me rude face, then I started paying with my tim card and she doesn't even told that you're payment is done,instead she kept scanning my card for 5 times and maybe she is making fun of that. I already put a comment here months ago about latte and their bad quality cream cheese bagel but I dont know if they can delete... reviews or no cus I cant see my complain here any more. Just to let you know their latte was like double double and no cream ontop.maybe they they add a left over coffee on top of my latte maybe they didn't even bother themselves to make cream...whoknows... F.U latte they gave me every time I ordered in this location during my family visiting in Aurora. And cream cheesebagel was super poor in cheese...had to return ot to them every time and see how their higher level try to teach her to dont begreedy about cheese sandwiches ????but even after her teaching she was giving me the same bagel and no difference to tell thetruth. Bad customer service. Wednesday 11:40pm I finish a shift. I go there to order a tea and a donut. I ask for 1 donut and the guys... says we don?t have that, I ask for another one and say I don?t have that, I ask what do you have. He says other things. Whaat?First of all I?m in a drive though.
