the service is good but very slow, the boy who attended me was rude, one of glasses who seems to be from the middle east.
Terrible customer service. I visited this location and had a terrible customer service experience. I visited the drive thru and... was charged $13 for one cup of coffee . I paid for my order and then the guy confirmed my order . I told him I only ordered onecup of coffee which was cold . The guy scanned my card and redeemed my points . I told him I only ordered one cup of coffeewhich can?t be $13 this is not Starbucks . He told his manager who was very rude and unprofessional and did not apologize forthe mistake. That day I was late for work because of their mistake . I also received a very cold coffee . After the mangercharged me for the coffee. I contacted the owner of The store who emailed me after 5 days and apologized and asked me whathappened . When I replied back to her she ignored my email . When I followed up with the owner whose name is rachana I told herthat I am upset and she said oh if that how you feel about us . Shame on you that you are the owner of this store because youdon?t know how to treat customers. Now I understand why the manager was rude because customer service comes from the top of thechain . I like this Tim's quite a bit, food is always good and my order is always correct. Good staff, friendly and fast at their jobs.

Upon moving to Aurora this past August, I have given this Tim Hortons location plenty of opportunities to provide friendly... service when ordering my coffee and related items. I found it absolutely laughable recently that one of worst servers that Ihave ever experienced took it upon herself to hand me a survey slip and asked me to complete it positively. You?ve got to bekidding me!! I threw it out!! Here?s my review - Starbucks up the street should do customer service training for this TimHortons staff. best Tim Horton's I've ever visited. I've never been loyal to a Tim's location, but now i wait to get home to get my coffee. The... staff here are amazing and make this location what it is. Always good for a friendly conversation and a good laugh. Keep it upguys. Read more
I often go to lunch here and the cashiers and people working always look so bored and down with life. They were super rude to us... once when we dined in and kicked us out even though we were eating peacefully and bought their food. After that moment we neverdined in once, however we did go buy food from there. The woman at the counter rolled her eyes at us multiple times and talkedto us in a super harsh tone. I honestly don't recommend this place and they should get better and kinder staff. Read more
