Looked dark and dead with least amount of seats.. no music, no ambiance
This is not pedestrian friendly Starbucks. The drive-thru is crazy busy with people turning in from several directions. The... parking lot is very narrow and gets congested with parked cars trying to get out and drive-thru cars queuing in line. The staffare okay but not fantastic. Read more
What a lovely and kind staff. I was having a really bad day today (drowning in debt, and had news of more debt delivered today)... I walked over to Starbucks to get a coffee, and broke into tears when they said I couldn?t come in with my dog! I asked if Icould order and then stand outside. The barista saw I was upset, and said the drink was on him. I tried to pay but he wouldn?tlet me. When standing outside waiting, another barista brought my drink out and asked if I was okay and if I wanted to talk tohim about what was upsetting me. It was so lovely. Such a lovely group of humans. Highly disappointed in my service today from Steve he was very rude to me and this is not the first time the first time I... thought that maybe he was just having an off day which happens to everybody but when it happened for the second timeconsecutively I realize that he just has an attitude problem that needs to be adjusted I am here very often and the rest of thestaff is very sweet but this guy really should get the boot because it makes this establishment look poor hope to never beencountered with him again or have a much more pleasant encounter with him so if you are the manager please speak to himregarding his attitude with customers Read more

This is my preferred coffee shop, other Starbucks locations have constantly gotten my order wrong but not this one! The... employees at this location are very professional and courteous. And the wait time for your order is very fast! Good work to theemployees of this Starbucks they deserve a raise! Read more
This Starbucks is totally fine. I've noticed a slight decline in customer service since it opened but I'm sure it's suffering... from retail labour shortage just like everywhere else. It's quite loud in here - something to do with the acoustics. The middleseating area is kind of a mess. It would be nice if there was outdoor seating for the summer. Read more
