unluckily I got spoiled tenders on Sep 16 2022! But the good things is they helped me to check the quality. I went to this... Popeyes regularly and nothing goes wrong. But today I ordered chicken tenders, I had 3 already then my wife found some of themare stinky, like rancid or gone bad. I smelled it and found the same thing but luckily I didn?t get those bad ones. It s soclear that food is in bad quality before fry. Please check your food before eat them, don?t get hurt but check it. Read more

No customer service talent (exception of elder gentleman). I know they are busy but man do they disrespect customers. Almost as... if they are doing you a favour. Young manager (could be owner) was rude and obnoxious. Roles his eyes at customers and calls theones who don?t stand for his disrespect as rude. What a joke. Read more

I have found that popeyes has been a bit of a hit and miss since the pandemic where the chicken hasn't been very fresh. Sadly... this has been noticed at several locations. Both in spicy and mild flavours. I assume they may be keeping chicken pass theirdates, buying lower grade chicken, etc as a means to off set cost. I can understand their situation given the economy, but itstill isnt appropriate. I have left the same review at other locations. I hope business and the economy recovers quickly wherethe standards of the food improves. Read more

I bought a 14 leg package this afternoon. The meat is very poor, and the lower part of the epidermis is very hard and salty. It... looks like a meal that has been kept for a long time. Chicken was very good but, thats the thing im least worried about. The fries were completely raw and solid. I nearly threw up... all of the fries. The chicken was served to me very fast which is good but it was at the cost of quality and quantity. They gaveme the wrong amount of chicken and I payed for fries that were inedible. Very bad experience and I hope it improves. Otherwise,im gonna find another place to enjoy food. Read more
