The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever encountered.. I had full hairball on my cheese in the breakfast sandwich... plus the lady... who was working took her sweet time to acknowledge my presence.. once she did, she said she is bussy and by herself. I couldn'tunderstand what she meant with being bussy??? Its not like she had a line up of people. I was the only one in that place... shewas bussy ORGANIZING her buns!!!!! horrible service. One of Your staff was Really bad attitude and rude, the store close at 6pm and she literally ask us to leave the store at 5pm??... And gave us the rude face and talk so loud in front of other people at your Aurora location inside the Walmart! Read more
Terrible service. Ordered 2 ice coffees and the 4 staff was just chatting and laughing the entire time. After waiting 15... minutes, my wife went up to complain and they said they called us many times but we were standing right in front of them. Takesome accountability and owe up to your mistakes. Avoid at all costs on a December weekend. The restaurant was slammed and it took 30 minutes to receive our food. The 3 staff... were like superheroes running around at the speed of light churning out orders all the while taking repeated verbal assaultsfrom a hangry mob of Walmart shoppers. These employees deserve the utmost praise for what they had to endure on this lunchshift. The owners and management however have more than a handful of issues that need to be resolved if they're to keepsufficient staff and maintain even the slightest smidge of customer service. 10/10 would have quit on the spot if I was in theirshoes.
