I know it wasn?t an expensive meal, but I was very disappointed when I got home to open up the hamburger from the happy meal, to... see that it was only half of a patty. I called the restaurant immediately, but no one picked up no matter how many times Itried, I wasn?t looking for a refund but just to let them know that they shouldn?t be sending out food that way. Terrible management run by a terrible manager. Live right next to this McDonald?s and after countless times of being told they... are out of stock or machines are out of service I have started to call the location before I visit. I called prior to my visitand made sure that I was calling this location, asked if the they were doing McFlurrys and smoothies because I had visited thenight before and they weren?t. The young guy on the phone said yes they were able to do ice cream, McFlurrys and smoothies. Idrive there and are told that there are none of these available and the manager was absolutely disrespectful and rude said thatno one has called even though I showed my call log and confirmed the location and phone number! This happens all the time so Icall ahead and wouldn?t have been a problem to have been told on the phone that machine wasn?t working or was out of stock so Icould go to other location not have a terrible experience. Went on Sunday oct 16 at 6 pm through the drive through and i am verydispleased about this experience and how the manager treated the situation, I think I should have gotten a free small fry orsomething!! I ordered 2 pumpkin spice lattes. My order was third in line.. after 10 minutes of waiting and about 10 people behind me in line... got there food. I asked about my order and was told we are waiting on the lattes. I waited 10 more minutes and noticed my orderhad been taken off the board all together.. I asked about my simple order again and the server says oh it's right here . It wassitting behind the counter. People who ordered after me got their food sat down an ate their entire meals and left while I stoodthere and waited for 2 lattes. Now I'm drinking a cold latte that I don't even want anymore..thanks for ruining my dayMcDonald's. Read more

This McDonald never seem to always fail when it comes to customer service and acknowledging people who are waiting. You can... order online arrive 20 minutes later and a simple kids meal won?t be ready. The manager on shift too was directing associate totake orders instead of getting folks order ready who already have paid. I can?t remember once ever this McDonald satisfy me. Either order incorrect, stale fries, long waits, or pay in advance on line and still wait. The restaurant is very clean. And staff are nice. However McDonald's food is decorating is quality. You get diarrhea when you... eat their food. Very low quality. At least their fries is still amazing! Read more

When I asked for a quicker response, I got a roll of the eyes in dissatisfaction. Sorry, but the wait was not 5 and not 10... minutes. and more than 15 minutes waiting for an Uber, although I was already waiting for the second order, I had to stand andwait for this one. The manager did not pay attention to it, the employees have long nails, which is not allowed in the cateringindustry. I hope you read this and don't roll your eyes Read more

Horrible experience, as always. Probably the worst location. Went through drive through. They took orders from 3 people who got... there after me before they took my order. Got the wrong size drink and im missing some of my chicken nuggets. I understand theyare trying to save money by only hiring teens but can you have at least one competent person on a shift? I have been going here for a while now. The service is great the food is good, the place is well maintained. This is a very busy... location. I believe that this results in a huge turnover of staff. As the last 5 times I was in there, the team member who tookmy order seemed new. The last 5 times I placed an order at this location it was wrong (today being the 5th in a row). They wereall minor errors, to be honest, and nothing worth complaining about. Just want anyone who takes the time to read this understandhow very busy this location is, an to expect some errors. Also consider that a lot of there staff are young, and this is perhapstheir 1st job. I really appreciate there move to a greener world/environment. I noticed that they have switched from plasticstraws to paper straws. They have also switched from plastic spoons to wooden spoons. Kudos on the reduction of 1 use plastics. Read more
